  7. Add the second cup of water. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower.
  8. Add the broccoli and cauliflower after you steam 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in taste and adjust salt if need be.
  10. Cover and remove from heat. Let rest 15 minutes.

Beats store-bought ginger ale by many miles and of course is much cheaper. The only(little)thing I would like to see changed is using something besides regular yeast so that it won't have that slight. Ginger Ale Syrup: Ginger ale is tasty and good for upset tummys.
