I didn't really know what to call it, but Easy Mixed Vegetable Rice it is. Add Water, diced tomatoes, onions, green pepper and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour broth into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook until rice and vegetables are tender.
